Does it ever make anyone else mad when you tell a story or smth about ur mental health and they say ‘real’ or ‘me too’ or ‘relatable’? Like I’m not trying to be relatable. I’m actually trying not cry.

POV: you hate everything because of your father, stepmom, and the kids at your school. You have your dad and stepmom blocked and are just now seeing your sister after 3 months. You only have about 7 friends you actually trust at school. You lie awake at night thinking about what you possibly did wrong to deserve this. You make everyone mad, upset, uncomfortable, and mean because you get weird whenever you get comfortable . You’re scared of yourself because of what you’ve become. You just want someone to comfort you but everyone hates touch. People are scared to touch you because they think you’re mean. People think you don’t like to be hugged but in reality you’re touch deprived. POV: you’re me.

Rare aesthetic: you started Fourth grade and everything was fine and then it started going straight downhill because of a new girl. Now your mental health sucks and you just wanna sleep, eat, and go back to sleep. You feel like you’re living in the filth of your own brain. You feel a deep hatred for urself. All you wanna do is cry. You have such bad social anxiety that you think everyone else hates you.

I’m tired. Rly tired. I just wanna cry. I feel bad for every time someone tells me I did something wrong. And I don’t wanna use names bc I don’t wanna make them feel bad for making me feel bad. I’ve lost so many friends that when one of my friends tells me I did something wrong I want to cry and I feel like they hate me. I’m sorry.
