This generation (yes US Gen Z and Gen Alpha) have phones and grown up with technology (technologia 🤌) and that is now a SIGNIFICANT part in our lives and will be in the future. With all the technology and social media we NEED to take bre @ks every now and then to step back into reality. Tbh i personally struggle with this especially since school is out and I have nothing to do all day, but health is super important. Social media and the internet can just swallow you up whole with whatever content you’re consuming and we need to notice how fake everything truly is. Health comes first, EAT, DRINK WATER, stay ACTIVE and go touch grass (pulling a Bangchan w/ that one). Everything is so fake now with ai, influencers, and just the internet.
I GOT CAUGHT UP IN THAT, but the whole point of this was to say that please just stay healthy and take a break often!!!
