I remember when I was at a sleepover with 2 of my friends, and one of them fell asleep. it was just me and my other friend. we were bored and wanted to mess with the sleeping friend, so we found this audio and played it in her ear while she was sleeping. she didn't move at all. unfazed. it was also 2 in the morning and we had nothing to do so dont judge lol. this scared me and my other friend more than it scared the one who was sleeping.
