BTS' "ARIRANG" world tour drew the most ticket‑scalping reports to KOCCA over the past year — 102 reports between Sept. 2025 and Aug. 27, 2026 — followed by Psy (88), BIGBANG (69), Lim Young‑woong (64), Day6 (51), Oasis (48) and The Weeknd (44). Officials warn the real scale is far larger: KOCCA logged 7,639 scalping reports from Jan. 2023 through last month (5,751 tied to music concerts), the culture ministry found 1,868 suspected online posts for BTS alone, nearly 80% of resales occur on second‑hand platforms, and only 11 suspected scalpers have been referred to police since 2022 despite a new law that took effect last month imposing fines up to 50 times the sale price
