hii sorry for not posting in a while my mental health is lowk making me drained randomly.. anywayyy its like 1:43 am rn (143..I love y-) and I'm still awake- lowk I need to get off my computer but like still.. even after I try to go to sleep it takes at least 20 minutes to an hour to fall asleep :< idk how I get my energy lol.. anyone have tips for falling asleep :l for some reason my body (mind..?) is very picky on how I fall asleep bc wdym I need cold air blowing on my face : D I'm done my yap session...again next Saturday? 🥹🤚
