Remove Idol Vision App Access

Use this page to request removal of Idol Vision app access and app-specific data. This request is separate from deleting your full KpopVisage.com account.

In the Android app, you can also open Settings > Disconnect Idol Vision. That action clears the app session on your device and clears the local Google sign-in state where available. It does not alter or delete your KpopVisage.com user record.

What this request covers

• Removal of Idol Vision app access tied to your signed-in KpopVisage account where applicable.
• Removal or anonymization of Idol Vision app-specific usage records where legally and technically permitted.
• Review of any retained Idol Vision image data that you believe should be removed.

What this request does not do

• It does not delete your full KpopVisage.com account.
• It does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed in Google Play.
• It does not remove site-wide KpopVisage content unless you separately request full account deletion.

How to request removal

Email info@kpopvisage.com from the email address associated with your KpopVisage account. Include "Remove Idol Vision App Access" in the subject and tell us whether you also want us to review retained Idol Vision image data.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. We may retain limited records where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

Full account deletion

If you want to delete your full KpopVisage.com account instead, use the full account deletion page. Full account deletion is broader and may affect your access to KpopVisage.com outside Idol Vision.
