Tickets for BTS' concerts in Busan sell out in presales

All tickets for BTS' concerts in the southern Korean city of Busan sold out during presales, the group's agency BigHit Music said Thursday. The K-pop supergroup is set to perform at Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12-13 as part of its "Arirang" world tour, which kicked off in Goyang earlier this month. The three earlier shows in Goyang also sold out. The second concert in Busan on June 13 coincides with BTS' debut anniversary. The concerts will mark the septet's return to the venue for the first time in three years and eight months since its October 2022 concert to support Busan's bid to host the 2030 World Expo. The 2022 show was the group's last full-member performance before its nearly four-year hiatus for the members' mandatory military service. BigHit will host "BTS The City," a BTS-themed festival for fans, across the city from June 5 to 21, timed with the upcoming concerts.

‘Copy and paste V?’ Actress Nam Bo-ra shares why she looked at BTS’ V photos during pregnancy

Actor Nam Bo-ra has drawn laughs after revealing she looked at photos of V during her pregnancy, joking that she hoped her baby would resemble the global K-pop star. Nam appeared as a special MC on the Wednesday episode of the KBS2 parenting show “The Return of Superman,” where she introduced herself by saying, "I’m actor Nam Bo-ra, soon to become a mom in June." At the time of recording, Nam was eight months pregnant and shared detailed ultrasound images of her baby, affectionately nicknamed "Kongal." Fellow cast member Kim Jong-min said, "Maybe the baby takes after the mom — the facial features already look very defined." Nam then revealed with a smile, "After I got pregnant, I looked at a lot of photos of BTS’ V. I kept thinking, ‘Just copy and paste his face.’" Her comment quickly turned into a lighthearted moment in the studio. Kim jokingly replied, "Is it okay that you saw me at the end?" prompting laughter as Nam hesitated and smiled without answering. The remark also reflects a familiar cultural belief in Korea, where some expectant mothers engage in "prenatal educati
