Understanding Attribute Scores

Attribute scores shown on this page are calculated relative to other members of the same group, meaning they reflect how well a member is perceived to excel in specific areas compared to their peers. For example, if a member has a high score in 'Charisma,' it indicates they received more votes for questions with this attribute than other members in the group, making their performance stand out. Conversely, a lower score suggests room for improvement compared to others in the group.

Setting the Benchmark

Each attribute score is determined by comparing how members within the same group perform relative to one another. For every attribute, the member with the highest number of votes sets the benchmark, receiving a score of 100%. The scores of other members are then calculated as a percentage of this top performer’s score, showing how they measure up within the group. This approach ensures that all scores are meaningful and directly comparable, highlighting strengths and differences among group members.

A Closer Look at Comparisons

Sometimes, one member’s exceptional talent can make others seem less capable by comparison, even if they are still highly skilled. For example, imagine Lisa, who is incredibly talented at dancing. While Jennie is also an amazing dancer, Lisa's extraordinary skill sets a high benchmark, causing Jennie’s score to appear lower when compared directly. This shows that the scores reflect not just individual ability, but also how members stand out relative to each other within the group.

Fan Perception and Attribute Variability

It’s important to note that these scores are driven by fan votes and represent how fans perceive the strengths of each member. This means that a member may excel in multiple areas but still be outshined in one attribute by a peer who has captured the fans' attention more strongly in that specific category. For example, someone might score highly in 'Vocals' and 'Charisma' but have a lower score in 'Energy' if fans perceive another member as more dynamic during performances. This variability highlights how diverse fan perceptions contribute to the overall picture of group dynamics.
