Winner Timeline

The Seoul Western District Court sentenced Song Mino to one year in prison, suspended for two years, for violating the Military Service Act after repeatedly leaving his alternative military service post without authorization. A supervisor surnamed Lee received a 10-month prison term, also suspended for two years.

At the first trial hearing on April 21, prosecutors requested a sentence of one year and six months in prison for WINNER's Song Mino and an individual identified as Mr. Lee; both are accused of violating the Military Service Act.

Former WINNER member Nam Tae-hyun was sentenced by Seoul Western District Court to one year in prison and fined 1 million won for violations of the Road Traffic Act and related charges after driving at 182 km/h in a crash; the court cited the extremely high level of danger.

During the final hearing in April, prosecutors sought an 18-month prison term for Song Mino and a one-year term for supervisor Lee.

WINNER member Song Mino was indicted without detention by the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office on charges related to alleged failures in his public service duties.

Mino served as a social service agent in Seoul's Mapo District from March 2023 to December 2024.
