EvoL debuted on August 10, 2012 as part of the second generation of K-pop. They unofficially disbanded in August, when 3 of the members contracts were terminated and Stardom merged with Hunus Entertainment. The other 2 followed the same path not long after, leading to the end of the group. Their name spells Love backwards, while also standing for "Effective voice of Ladies".
