- 4th generation member Ishikawa Rika (member from 2000 to 2005) (nicknames Rika-chan, Charmy). She was a member of the sub-unit Tanpopo. She has spoken monologues in the songs The ☆ Peace and Shabondama. She has been in the most Hello! Project units out of all the members. After graduating from morning musume she was in a duo with Yoshizawa Hitomi called Hangry & Angry (her being Angry). She was also a member of country musume from 2001 to 2003. She was the leader of the Hello! Project group v-u-den which was active from 2004 to 2008.
