The group's name, "Me:I", means "an idol who is loved by everyone, an idol of the future, moving forward together towards the future". The group originally had 11 members, but Ran, Shizuku, Cocoro, and Kokona did not renew their contracts in 2025, leaving the group with 7 current members, as of May, 2026.
