About Wanna One
Wanna One (워너원) was an 11-member project boy group assembled from the top finalists of Produce 101 Season 2. Exploding onto the scene with their August 7 2017 debut single “Energetic,” they shattered rookie sales records, won a sweep of year-end awards, and cultivated a massive “Wannable” fandom before concluding activities on December 31 2018 and reuniting as ten members for a special 2021 MAMA stage. Despite their brief run, Wanna One’s chart-topping hits, dynamic stage presence, and the later solo success of each member have secured them a lasting legacy as one of K-pop’s most influential project groups.
