Diese Standards erläutern, wie KpopVisage, betrieben von Mannacor LLC, gegen sexuellen Missbrauch und sexuelle Ausbeutung von Kindern (CSAE) sowie gegen Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs (CSAM) auf kpopvisage.com, visagehub.com, Idol Vision und verwandten KpopVisage-Diensten vorgeht.

1. Veröffentlichte Standards gegen CSAE

KpopVisage prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. Users may not use KpopVisage to create, upload, store, share, request, solicit, promote, normalize, threaten, or coordinate CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, sexual coercion, trafficking of a child for sex, sexualized comments about minors, or any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

These standards apply to every part of KpopVisage, including accounts, usernames, bios, public profiles, feed posts, comments, chat, messages, images, uploads, analyzer inputs, reports, links, games, and any related community or app feature.

2. Meldungen und Nutzerfeedback

Users can report child safety concerns from within KpopVisage by opening the Help & About page, using the Contact support form, and choosing Content / Moderation. Reports can also be sent to support@kpopvisage.com.

Helpful reports include links, usernames, screenshots when safe and lawful to provide, timestamps, and a short description of the concern. Do not forward, download, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM. If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

3. Wie KpopVisage mit CSAM umgeht

When KpopVisage obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or CSAE activity on the service, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the situation, this may include removing or disabling access to content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, escalating for review, and reporting to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required or appropriate.

KpopVisage may use human review, user reports, moderation tools, automated safeguards, rate limits, account restrictions, and abuse-prevention signals to help detect and respond to serious safety concerns. We may also prevent users from re-uploading removed material or evading enforcement.

4. Einhaltung von Kinderschutzgesetzen

KpopVisage complies with applicable child safety, online safety, privacy, reporting, and law-enforcement cooperation obligations. We may preserve and disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, protect children, prevent harm, investigate abuse, respond to valid legal process, or enforce our Terms of Service.

In the United States, reports involving apparent CSAM may be referred to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where legally required or appropriate. Users can also report suspected online child exploitation directly to NCMEC CyberTipline.
