K-pop Visage Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 8, 2025 (supersedes all prior versions)
0. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you and Mannacor LLC ("K-pop Visage, "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to kpopvisage.com, visagehub.com, and any related applications, sub-domains, or services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our separate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Facebook® is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google™ and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. K-pop Visage is independent of, and not endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity in your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
2. License & Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. All site code, graphics, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Mannacor LLC.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, and process it as needed to operate the Services. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit that content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative material
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or circumventing technical protections
- Automated bulk actions (spamming, botting, leaderboard gaming)
- Distributing malware, phishing links, or exploiting vulnerabilities
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation
5. Virtual Goods, Purchases & Refunds
One-time digital purchases are delivered instantly, are non-refundable, and expire 31 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
6. Community Guidelines
When using chatrooms, feeds, or games you must also follow the Community Guidelines in our Privacy Policy §5. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, shadow bans, or permanent termination.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or applicable law. On termination, rights granted to you cease immediately. Sections intended to survive—including 8 through 17—remain in effect.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mannacor LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) US $100 or (ii) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mannacor LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (U.S.)
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a class action. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@kpopvisage.com.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by Indiana law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. If arbitration is unenforceable, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Marion County, Indiana.
13. DMCA & Copyright Policy
If you believe content infringes your copyright, email a DMCA notice to info@kpopvisage.com. We respond to valid notices and terminate repeat infringers.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" will change and the updated version will be posted here. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.

16. Facebook Login (OAuth) Specific Terms
16.1 Data Received
When you choose "Continue with Facebook," we receive only your public profile (name, Facebook ID, profile picture) and e-mail address. We never request friend lists or other extended permissions.
16.2 How We Use It
- Create or identify your K-pop Visage account
- Display your avatar within the Services
- Prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts
We will never post to Facebook on your behalf without your explicit action.
16.3 Data Deletion & Revocation
If you disconnect Facebook Login or request deletion, all Facebook-provided data (name, Facebook ID, profile picture URL, e-mail) is queued for permanent deletion within 24 hours. A self-service guide is available at /facebook-data-deletion.
16.4 Independence
These Terms apply solely between you and Mannacor LLC; Meta Platforms, Inc. is not a party to the agreement and bears no responsibility for the Services.
17. Google Login (OAuth) Specific Terms
17.1 Data Received
When you choose "Sign in with Google," we receive only your Google-verified e-mail address, Google ID, display name, and profile picture URL. We do not request contacts, calendar, Drive files, or other scopes.
17.2 How We Use It
- Create or identify your K-pop Visage account
- Display your avatar within the Services
- Prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts
We will never post to Google nor access additional Google services without your explicit permission.
17.3 Data Deletion & Revocation
If you disconnect Google Login or request deletion, all Google-provided data (name, Google ID, profile picture URL, e-mail) is queued for permanent deletion within 24 hours. A self-service guide is available at /google-data-deletion.
17.4 Independence
These Terms apply solely between you and Mannacor LLC; Google LLC is not a party to the agreement and bears no responsibility for the Services.
