You can delete your account by going to Manage Profile, selecting "Delete Account", and confirming account deletion. You may also contact us at info@kpopvisage.com if you need help with an account deletion request.
Account deletion is subject to our data retention, safety, fraud-prevention, moderation, backup, legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping practices described in our Privacy Policy. Some content or activity may remain available if it was shared publicly, copied by other users, retained in moderation or security records, included in backups, or preserved where permitted or required by law.
If you connect a third-party service account, such as Spotify, you may be able to disconnect that service through Manage Profile, account settings, or the connected provider itself. Disconnecting a connected service may disable features that depend on that connection.
If you disconnect Spotify, delete your KpopVisage account, or otherwise express an intent to stop KpopVisage from accessing your Spotify data, we will delete, de-identify, or disable access to Spotify personal data associated with your KpopVisage account, stop requesting new Spotify personal data, and retain only information we are permitted or required to keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

You may not use our names, logos, branding, trade dress, or confusingly similar marks without our written permission.
5. K-pop, Idol, Label, Spotify, and Fan Content
KpopVisage is a fan-oriented entertainment and community platform. Spotify-connected features may allow you to view Spotify content, link to Spotify content, view currently playing information, select Spotify songs, or perform playlist-related actions that you initiate. Some Spotify features may require a Spotify account, Spotify Premium, specific Spotify permissions, or continued availability of Spotify APIs.
You are responsible for complying with Spotify's terms, policies, and user guidelines when using Spotify-connected features. You may not use Spotify-connected features in a way that violates Spotify's rights, the rights of Spotify users, artists, creators, labels, publishers, licensors, or other rights holders.
You may not use Spotify-connected features to misuse Spotify content, scrape Spotify, artificially manipulate play counts, follow counts, saves, rankings, recommendations, playlist activity, or engagement, create unauthorized databases of Spotify content, transfer Spotify data to another service except as permitted by Spotify, or use Spotify content in a way that violates Spotify's terms, policies, or platform requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties with respect to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, Spotify APIs, Spotify SDKs, and Spotify Content are disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Spotify is not responsible for KpopVisage, our Services, our content, our users, our support, our purchases, our moderation, our policies, or our operation of Spotify-connected features. Spotify has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, update, or provide any specific Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, Spotify API, Spotify SDK, Spotify Content, function, feature, or integration.
Spotify AB and its corporate affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and our Privacy Policy for purposes of enforcing terms related to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, Spotify APIs, Spotify SDKs, Spotify Content, and Spotify data.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, limit, or remove any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any feature, account, content, game, reward, ranking, purchase option, community area, connected-service feature, or integration will remain available indefinitely.
We may perform maintenance, updates, migrations, experiments, A/B tests, feature rollouts, or operational changes that affect availability, behavior, performance, layout, ranking, access, or content visibility.
Third-party integrations, including Spotify-connected features, may become unavailable, limited, changed, or removed because of third-party decisions, API changes, policy changes, subscription requirements, regional availability, account permissions, rights-holder restrictions, or technical issues outside our control.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or if we determine it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, payment integrity, or platform operations.
Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those related to ownership, licenses, content, payments, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, disputes, arbitration, governing law, connected-provider terms, third-party-beneficiary terms, and enforcement.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect moderation, error-free operation, accurate analyzer results, accurate AI-generated content, accurate community rankings, accurate third-party information, accurate Spotify content, available Spotify connectivity, available third-party APIs, or that all content will be available, preserved, secure, or free from abuse.
We are not responsible for user conduct, user content, third-party content, Spotify content, external links, off-platform interactions, connected-provider issues, or disputes between users.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNACOR LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, REVENUE, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PLATFORM PROGRESS, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- US $100, or
- the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mannacor LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Services,
- your User Content,
- your conduct,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your violation of any law or the rights of another person or entity,
- your use of third-party services in connection with the Services, or
- your misuse of Spotify-connected features, Spotify content, Spotify data, Spotify APIs, or Spotify services.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (U.S.)
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by law or where either party seeks eligible relief in small claims court.
You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Disputes must be brought only on an individual basis.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@kpopvisage.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, security abuse, connected-provider misuse, or other claims where court relief is legally available.
20. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If arbitration is found unenforceable for a particular dispute, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21. DMCA and Copyright Policy
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to info@kpopvisage.com. We respond to valid notices and may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Your notice should include enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
If your copyright concern relates to Spotify content, Spotify content availability, Spotify metadata, Spotify album artwork, or Spotify links, you may also need to contact Spotify or the applicable rights holder directly.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Material changes will become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or operation of law.
Any third-party-beneficiary rights expressly granted to Spotify under these Terms are intended to benefit Spotify and may be enforced by Spotify as described in these Terms.
