KpopVisage Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Mannacor LLC ("KpopVisage," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you access or use kpopvisage.com, visagehub.com, and related sub-domains, pages, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy is meant to explain our data practices in clear language. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

1. Summary of key points

  • Analyzer uploads are not retained. Photos you upload to use an analyzer are processed to generate results and then deleted immediately after processing completes.
  • No biometric identifiers or facial templates are stored from analyzer uploads.
  • Public or shared content is stored. If you intentionally post or share content through the Services, including images, feed posts, comments, chat messages, and profile content, we store it so it can be displayed, delivered, moderated, and managed.
  • Connected-login data may be collected. If you use Facebook Login or Google Sign-In, we receive the limited account data made available through those sign-in methods.
  • Purchase and transaction data may be processed. If you buy a product or paid feature, we and our service providers may process transaction-related information needed to complete and support that purchase.
  • We do not sell personal information for money. However, some advertising, analytics, or related technologies may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws.
  • You may have privacy rights. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain data processing.

2. Analyzer uploads and biometric data

When you upload a photo to use an analyzer feature, the photo is transmitted through the live Service, processed to generate results, and then permanently deleted immediately after processing completes.

We do not retain user-uploaded analyzer photos. We do not use analyzer uploads to train or improve models. We do not store biometric identifiers or facial templates from analyzer uploads.

During processing, an uploaded image may exist briefly in memory or short-lived transient storage strictly as needed to generate results, maintain service stability, and detect or prevent abuse, such as rate limiting, blocking malicious traffic, or identifying automated misuse. These transient copies are not retained after processing completes.

Analyzer results are automated outputs based on the image you choose to submit. They are provided as a product feature and are not used to make legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, health, or similarly significant decisions about you.

3. Content you choose to share

The Services include community and social features where you may choose to post or share content, including images, profile content, feed posts, comments, reactions, chat messages, and other interactions ("User Content").

If you choose to post User Content publicly or share it with others through the Services, that content may be visible to other users depending on the feature and your settings.

If you explicitly share an image or other User Content on the site, we store that content and related metadata so it can be displayed, delivered, moderated, enforced, reviewed for abuse or safety concerns, and managed through the Services.

If you delete shared content, it may stop being publicly visible through the Services, but deletion may not remove:

  • copies another user saved independently, including screenshots;
  • reposts or copies made outside our Services;
  • cached copies created as part of ordinary internet operations; or
  • retained copies we keep for legal, security, moderation, dispute, fraud-prevention, or backup-related reasons.
