Kpop Visage Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Mannacor, LLC (“Kpop Visage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use kpopvisage.com, visagehub.com, and related sub-domains, pages, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Summary of key points

  • Analyzer uploads are not stored. Photos you upload to run an analyzer are processed and deleted immediately after results are generated.
  • No biometric identifiers or facial templates are stored from analyzer uploads.
  • Public/shared content is stored. If you explicitly share images or content on the site (feed, profile, chat, comments), we store it so it can be displayed.
  • You can remove shared images. You can delete your shared content in the Services (where available) and/or request deletion by contacting us.
  • We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers, ad partners, and when legally required.

2. Important: We do not keep your uploaded analyzer photos

When you upload a photo to use an analyzer (for example, face matching or beauty analysis), the photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection, processed to generate results, and then permanently deleted immediately after results are generated.

We do not store user-uploaded analyzer photos. We do not use analyzer uploads for training or model improvement. No biometric identifiers or facial templates are stored at any time from analyzer uploads.

Operational note: During processing, an uploaded image may exist briefly in memory or transient storage strictly as needed to produce results and prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting, blocking malicious traffic, or detecting automated misuse). These transient copies are not retained after processing completes.

3. Content you choose to share publicly (including images)

The Services include community features where you may choose to post or share content, including images, messages, comments, likes/reactions, and other interactions (“User Content”). If you post User Content publicly, you understand that it may be visible to others.

Storage of shared images: If you explicitly share an image on the site (for example, in a feed post, profile, chat message, or comment), we store that image and related content so it can be displayed and delivered to you and other users.

Removal: You may remove shared images and other User Content through the Services (where available) or by contacting us. Removal may not remove (a) copies that other users have saved independently (for example, screenshots), (b) content that has been reposted outside our Services, or (c) cached copies held temporarily by networks/devices as part of normal internet operations.

License and enforcement: To operate and improve the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services, enforcing our rules, complying with law, and protecting users and the platform. This license ends when you delete your User Content, except to the extent we must retain it for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons described in this Policy.

  • Account preferences (for example, language) and settings.

4.2 Community and user-generated content

4.3 Device, usage, and log data

  • IP address, timestamps, pages/features used, and diagnostic/error logs.
  • Browser/device information (for example, user agent and approximate location derived from IP) used for security and performance.

4.4 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies or similar technologies to provide core functionality (for example, keeping you logged in, saving preferences), support analytics, and enable advertising where applicable. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where provided, consent tools.

5. How we use information

  • Communicate with you about support requests, safety notices, and policy updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

6. Sharing and disclosure of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers: We use vendors to host, store, deliver, secure, and operate parts of the Services (for example, hosting, content delivery, security, email delivery). These providers may process information solely on our instructions and under contractual obligations.
  • Advertising partners: We may display ads served by third-party ad networks. These partners may collect or receive limited device and cookie information to measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize ads.
  • Legal and safety: We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to: (a) comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; (b) enforce our terms and policies; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Kpop Visage, our users, or others; (d) investigate or prevent fraud, security, or technical issues.
  • Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and this Policy.
  • With your direction: We may share information if you ask us to or if you choose to connect third-party services where such integration exists.

7. Advertising and third-party services

We may display ads through third-party advertising partners. Depending on your region and settings, those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance and personalize ads. You can often manage ad personalization in your device/browser settings and through any consent tools we provide.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and you should review their policies before providing them information.

8. Data retention

  • Analyzer uploads: deleted immediately after results are generated.
  • Shared content: retained until you delete it or your account is removed, subject to the exceptions below.
  • Logs and security records: retained for a limited period as needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Retention exceptions: We may retain certain information longer where reasonably necessary to (a) comply with law, (b) enforce our terms and policies, (c) resolve disputes, (d) investigate or prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents, or (e) maintain backups and integrity of our systems. Backups are rotated on a schedule, and deleted data may persist in backups for a limited time before being removed as part of routine backup cycling.

9. Your choices and rights

  • Account access and updates: You can update certain account information through profile/settings.
  • Delete shared content: You can delete content you posted (where the feature is available).
  • Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
  • Cookies/ads: You may control cookies through your browser and ad personalization through consent tools (where available).

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights (for example, access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing). We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests, and we may deny requests where permitted by law (for example, where fulfilling the request would compromise security, infringe others’ rights, or conflict with legal obligations).

10. Age requirements

The Services are not directed to children under 13. By using the Services, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirements in your region, including being at least 13 years old where required, and that you have any required parental consent if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

12. International users

We operate the Services from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
