Does anyone know anything that can help me stop biting my nails? I bite them whenever I get stressed, which recently is a lot, so they always looks bad and I want to stop but I need something to do when I’m stressed and then I just end up biting them
Clear nail polish, lemon juice of your fingers, bandaids : ))
I used to bite my nails, idk how I stopped. The best advice I can give you is to write down every time you've done it and try to make the number lower by every day.
